Relyven API FAQ

When configuring an OpenAI SDK, Codex, or Cline directly, use https://api.relyven.com/v1. For an Anthropic SDK or Claude Code, use https://api.relyven.com.

CC Switch is the exception: use https://api.relyven.com for both its Claude Code and Codex providers because the client appends the protocol path. See Configure CC Switch.

Use direct setup when you only need one client and prefer its native configuration. Use CC Switch when you want to manage Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex App, and Codex CLI providers from one interface. The client integration guide compares the required Base URLs.

Can Relyven shorten my context or change reasoning?

Section titled “Can Relyven shorten my context or change reasoning?”

Relyven does not intentionally compress or truncate context, inject a System Prompt, change reasoning/thinking, remove tools, or change the requested model. Model-provider limits still apply.

Can I give this documentation URL to an AI assistant?

Section titled “Can I give this documentation URL to an AI assistant?”

Yes. Share a stable page URL or https://docs.relyven.com/llms.txt. Provide secrets separately through your approved secret manager, never in the prompt.

Where can I see current models and prices?

Section titled “Where can I see current models and prices?”

Use the authenticated dashboard. Availability and account-specific permissions can change faster than static documentation.
